Lyonnaise Potatoes
Directions
- In a large sauté pan heat butter over medium high heat. Add potatoes to pan and cook turning for 4-5 minutes.
- Now add onions and cook until caramelized. Season with salt and pepper and serve.

- 4 oz clarified butter
- 8 oz. onion(s), julienne
- 2 lb(s) potato(es), white, 1/4 inch half moon slices
