New York-Style Pizza Dough

Directions

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients until flour hydrates. Then mix on medium for 4-6 minutes or until dough just comes together.
  2. Divide dough and round into balls (436g for 14-inch pizzas).
  3. Refrigerate for 12-72 hours before forming, topping and baking.
