Lightly butter the outsides of the bread. On the inside of the bread, spread each piece with the Harissa Beer Mustard. Top with one slice of cheese, the pastrami and the other slice of cheese.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sandwich and cook for about 2 minutes per side, pressing occasionally with a spatula until the bread is toasted and the cheese melts.
Remove, cut in half and serve.

2 slices bread, dark rye
2 slices cheese, Jarlsberg
1 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
3 oz pastrami, deli-shaved
1/4 cup Spicy Harissa Beer Mustard

Directions
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine.
Transfer to a container. Label, date and refrigerate the container.
