Pear and Gorgonzola Salad
Directions
- Rub olive oil on radicchio and season with salt and pepper. Cook on open flame grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Place a quarter piece of grilled radicchio on plate then arrange a portion of sliced pears over the top. Drizzle with dressing followed by gorgonzola cheese and sprinkle with basil then serve.
Ingredients
- 2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® pears, sliced and cored
- 2 ea radicchio, cut in half
- 4 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1 tsp salt, sea
- 1 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Basil, hand torn
- 1/2 cup Piancone® garlic parmesan dressing
- 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Gorgonzola
