Allegiance® Pork & Potato Pub Pie

Directions

  1. Spread the sauce on the pie crust.
  2. Top with potatoes, pork, and bacon.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake.
  4. Drizzle beer cheese over top.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust, raw or parbaked
  • 2 oz. West Creek Moonshine BBQ sauce
  • 8 to 12 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Yukon gold potatoes, cooked
  • 8 to 12 slices Allegiance® Pork. Tenderloin, roasted
  • 2 slices Allegiance® spicy bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Bacio® cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup West Creek Beer Cheese , heated
