Place flour tortilla down and top with 1 oz. of cheese, 5 oz. of warm pulled pork, 4 oz. of Raspberry Mango Salsa and top with remaining 1 oz. of cheese. Place the second tortilla on top, transfer to heated grill and cook until golden on one side, about 2 minutes. Flip and grill an additional 2 minutes. Remove from grill and cut into eighths. Serve hot.

2 oz cheese, pepper jack, shredded
5 oz pork, pulled, prepared and warm
4 oz Raspberry Mango Salsa, prepared (see recipe below)

Directions
Thaw mango according to package instructions.
Place mango, red onion, cilantro and lime juice in a medium bowl. Fold gently to combine. Add frozen raspberry crumbles, fold gently. Serve immediately.
