Roma® Pizza Crust
Directions
- Combine bread flour, yeast, salt and granulated sugar in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a dough blade. Blend to combine, about 15 seconds.
- While the machine is running, pour in the water and olive oil. Let the machine run for about 1 minute to knead and form a smooth, elastic dough.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size, while the dough is rising preheat a conventional oven to 450°F.
- Once doubled in size, tip the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and stretch into desired shape. Place on a greased sheet pan and dock with a fork.
- Top as desired and bake for 12-15 minutes or until baked golden brown and the toppings are cooked through.

- 1 packet yeast, instant
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar, granulated
- 3 tbsp. oil, olive
- 1 cup water, warm
