Coda Coffee® S'mores Blended Martini
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender.
- Gradually increase the speed to the highest level and blend until very smooth.
- Strain into a very well-chilled martini glass. Optional: Swirl the glass with desired syrup before pouring mixture to achieve a fun design.
- Skewer the marshmallow and torch it to a golden toasty color.
- Top the martini with marshmallow removed from skewer and a dusting of the cocoa powder.

- 2 oz. scoop Sweet Encore® Marshmallow Cookie Dough Cake
- 2 oz. scoop Nature's Best Dairy® Ice Cream, Vanilla
- 1 oz. Coda® Coffee Liquor, (see recipe below)
- 1 oz. vodka, vanilla
- 1/2 oz. Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
- 1 large marshmallow(s)
- 1/4 tsp. cocoa powder

- In a large saucepan, bring Coda® Notorious and sugar to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Cool completely.
- Stir rum and vanilla into cooled espresso mixture until combined. Pour into glass jars; seal tightly. Store in a cool, dry place. Shake before serving.
