Coda Coffee® S'mores Blended Martini

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Gradually increase the speed to the highest level and blend until very smooth.
  3. Strain into a very well-chilled martini glass. Optional: Swirl the glass with desired syrup before pouring mixture to achieve a fun design.
  4. Skewer the marshmallow and torch it to a golden toasty color.
  5. Top the martini with marshmallow removed from skewer and a dusting of the cocoa powder.

  • 2 oz. scoop Sweet Encore® Marshmallow Cookie Dough Cake
  • 2 oz. scoop Nature's Best Dairy® Ice Cream, Vanilla
  • 1 oz. Coda® Coffee Liquor, (see recipe below)
  • 1 oz. vodka, vanilla
  • 1/2 oz. Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 1 large marshmallow(s)
  • 1/4 tsp. cocoa powder

  1. In a large saucepan, bring Coda® Notorious and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Stir rum and vanilla into cooled espresso mixture until combined. Pour into glass jars; seal tightly. Store in a cool, dry place. Shake before serving.
