Gradually increase the speed to the highest level and blend until very smooth.
Strain into a very well-chilled martini glass. Optional: Swirl the glass with desired syrup before pouring mixture to achieve a fun design.
Skewer the marshmallow and torch it to a golden toasty color.
Top the martini with marshmallow removed from skewer and a dusting of the cocoa powder.

2 oz. scoop Nature's Best Dairy® Ice Cream, Vanilla
1 oz. Coda® Coffee Liquor, (see recipe below)
1 oz. vodka, vanilla
1/2 oz. Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
1 large marshmallow(s)
1/4 tsp. cocoa powder

Directions
In a large saucepan, bring Coda® Notorious and sugar to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Cool completely.
Stir rum and vanilla into cooled espresso mixture until combined. Pour into glass jars; seal tightly. Store in a cool, dry place. Shake before serving.
