Spicy Korean Guacamole

Directions

  1. Fold mashed avocado together with chili flakes, white onion, jalapeño, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and salt until well mixed.
  2. Garnish each guacamole with gochujang pickled onions and chili flakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup Avocados From Mexico™, mashed
  • 1 tsp. red chili, flakes, gochugaru
  • 1/4 cup white onion, diced
  • 1 ea. jalapeño(s), diced
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. unseasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. oil, sesame
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. Pickled onions, Gochujang, chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tsp. red chili, flakes, gochugaru, for garnish
