Texas-Style Smoked Turkey Club

Directions

  1. Cook the bacon to a golden crisp finish in 375°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Lightly toast the bread and spread each slice with mayonnaise.
  3. Thinly deli slice the prepared turkey, then layer turkey and sliced avocado on one slice of toast along with baby lettuce.
  4. On the next slice, arrange cheese, sliced bacon and tomatoes and lettuce. Flip the last piece of toast on top and stab with small wooden skewers. Slice in half (or quarters).
  5. Heat Tomato bisque and place 8 oz. in a bowl.
  6. Serve with chips and pickles.

  • 1/4 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Avocado, seeded, peeled & sliced
  • 3 slices ea. Peak Fresh Produce® 5x6 tomato
  • 1 ea. Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Green Leaf
  • 2 tbsp. West Creek® Mayonnaise, Heavy Duty
  • 10 oz. Delancey Street Deli® tomato bisque, warmed
  • 1 bag ea. Delancey Street Deli® jalapeno thin potato chips
  • 1 spear ea. Delancey Street Deli® Kosher Dill Pickle
