Thai Mango-Chili Wings

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients EXCEPT for chopped fresh cilantro and Thai Red Chilis, into a sauce pan and heat on low for approx. 2-4 minutes or until the jelly is fully melted and incorporated.
  2. Transfer sauce to a container and add only the Thai Red Chilies.
  3. Toss the Wings in the sauce and directly before serve add the chopped cilantro and serve!

  • 4 to 6 ea Tyson® Magnum® Fully Cooked, Oven Roasted Bone-In Chicken Wings
  • 16 oz Mango purée
  • 12 oz Mango jelly
  • 2 oz Ginger purée
  • 2 oz Lemongrass purée
  • 8 oz jalapeño(s), micro diced
  • 1 oz Thai red chiles, minced
  • 6 oz rice vinegar
  • 4 tbsp cilantro, fresh, leaves, chopped fine
  • 6 oz agave syrup
  • 2 oz mustard, dijon
  • 1 oz lemon juice
