Turkey Loco Moco
Directions
- In a pot over medium heat, add Low Sodium Beef Base and rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in peas and carrots. Cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm.
- In a bowl, combine, ground turkey, onions, pepper and Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate until well blended. Form into ten 4 oz. patties.
- In a preheated skillet with oil, fry patties until each side is browned, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- To plate, place 1/2 cup rice in center of plate. Top with a cooked turkey burger, 2 oz. Brown Gravy and one poached egg. Serve immediately.
- Serve with Broccoli Pineapple Slaw.

- 2 cup rice, long grain white, rinsed
- 1/4 cup peas, green, frozen
- 2 1/2 oz. Carrot, frozen
- 2 1/2 lbs. turkey, ground, lean
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, ground
- 1 tbsp. Minors Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate
- 2 tsp. oil, canola
- 10 ea. egg(s)
- 24 oz. Trio® Low Sodium Brown Gravy
