Rich Traditions, Inspiring Achievements
For generations, the contributions made by Hispanic and Latin people to our diverse culture have been immense. Every day we are inspired by art, fashion, entrepreneurship, and of course, culinary innovation and passion. At Performance, it is a great honor to work with and serve our many Hispanic and Latin restaurant customers, dedicated associates, and vibrant communities.
Since the late 60s, Hispanic Heritage Month has been an opportunity to celebrate and share traditions, deepen our knowledge of cultures, as well as expand our perspectives, all while celebrating the history of so many different countries. The monthlong celebration starts on September 15 to coincide with the independence of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Mexico celebrates on the 16th, and Chileans recognize their independence on the 18th.
