Directions
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

- 1 lb. Assoluti® Pasta, Elbow Macaroni, cooked & cooled
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, Stalk(s), diced
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, diced
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), diced
- 2 tbsp pickle, relish
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp vinegar, white
- 1 lb. West Creek® Bacon, rendered & diced
- 1 1/4 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
