Italian Sausage Penne Pasta
Directions
- Using a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and sausage. Cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from pot and reserve.
- Add Roasted Red Pepper & Gouda Soup to pot and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add cheese, oregano, parsley, roasted red bell peppers, salt and pepper.
Add sausage mixture back to pot and simmer 5 minutes.

To Serve: Using a #8 spoodle, portion 1/2 cup cooked pasta onto plate. Top with #4 spoodle (1 cups) sausage mixture. Serve immediately.

- 1 1/2 tsp cheese, smoked Gouda, shredded
- 1 tbsp garlic, roasted
- 2 tbsp oil, olive
- 2 cups onion(s), sliced thin
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano, fresh, chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 6 cups penne pasta, cooked
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1 cup pepper(s), red bell, roasted, julienne
- to taste Kosher salt
- 2 cups Sweet Italian Pork Sausage, crumbled & cooked
- 1 cup Campbell's Reserve® Roasted Red Pepper & Gouda Soup, crispy
