Calamari

Performance Foodservice is pleased to offer a line of quality squid under our Roma®, Assoluti®, and Luigi® brands. All our branded squid are available in an assortment of cuts and species and are suitable for a variety of menu needs from appetizers to entrées.

Chicken Wings

Roma® Breaded Chicken Wings, Boneless Wings, and Fillets are premium fully cooked chicken products available in two flavor profiles — a milder "seasoned" flavor and a more traditional "spicy" flavor.

Chicken Tenders

Available in Peppered and Savory Red, these tenderloins are marinated, pre-dusted, lightly breaded in wheat flour and corn flake crumbs, seasoned with salt, pepper, and spices, blanched in vegetable oil and individually quick-frozen to ensure flavor, quality, and integrity.

French Fries

We offer a tasty assortment of fries under our Roma® and Luigi® brands. Crunchy selections of regular, steak, crinkle, and shoestring cuts are available in assorted seasonings, with or without skin, or thick or thin cut. All fries easily go from freezer to fryer to plate!

Appetizers

Our delicious line of Roma® appetizers include a collection of battered and breaded cheese sticks, onion rings, mushrooms, and vegetables, as well as spicy stuffed jalapeños, zucchini sticks, and even macaroni and cheese bites!

Assoluti® Dry Pasta

Designed for quick and easy menu solutions, Assoluti pasta is excellent for a range of foodservice applications. Assoluti pasta products hold up to processing equipment and preparations required in the industry. This includes a wide variety of shapes, colors, and grain compositions.

Roma® Dry Pasta

Our Roma portfolio of pastas includes traditional bulk-packed pasta and high-quality durum wheat organic pasta offered in convenient one-pound packages. Both our organic and traditional pastas are produced in Italy and offer a wide variety of long and short cuts.

Piancone Epicureo® Pasta

Our Piancone Epicureo line of pasta includes Teflon and bronze die-cut pastas, as well as prepared frozen filled pastas. The pasta fillings include ingredients like roasted porcini mushrooms, braised short ribs, whole milk ricotta, pecorino cheese, sweet English peas, sweet Italian sausage, and North Atlantic Maine lobster.

Piancone® Tri-colored Orzo

The firm texture and subtle, earthy flavor of Piancone Tri-colored Orzo make it ideal as a substitute for rice. An authentic Italian favorite, our orzo is made from a colorful mixture of tomato, spinach, and plain rice-shaped pasta. It is an excellent ingredient for recipes or when used as a side.

Sandwiches in particular are the core menu application. They are a quick-serve, low-labor-cost item with virtually no prep time, difficult to cook incorrectly and offer no waste. Use our Beef or Chicken Philly Sandwich Steaks in breakfast burritos or breakfast sandwiches, as a nacho or pizza topper, and of course, in sandwiches or wraps.
